The Gluteus Medius is a broad muscle that covers the outside of the upper pelvis. It acts as a hip stabilizer and keeps the hips balanced with standing or walking
Common Symptoms
- Pain on the outside of the hip
- Pain in the buttocks
- Swelling or difficulty sitting
- Decreased range of motion in the hips
- Pain when rotating hip
- Lower-back pain
