Where are the trigger points?
The Gluteus Minimus muscle and located beneath the gluteus medius. It acts as a hip stablilizer.
Common Symptoms
- Pain on the outside of the hip and buttocks
- Lower-back pain
- Buttock pain
- Weakness and limited mobility
- Tight muscle
- Hip pain
