Rhomboideus

This group of muscles are in the upper back. They are located between the shoulder blades. The are the attachement muscles from the shoulder blades to the spine.

Common Symptoms

  • Swelling
  • Bruising
  • Trouble moving that area
  • Spasm

Common Causes

  • Overworking (back, shoulders, arms)
  • Sport activities (throwing balls, golf swing, rowing, lugging a rucksack)
  • Dehydration
  • Muscles have become weak
